It’s order deadline day for the Revolution Trains IZA Cargowaggon twin vans.
At midnight tonight we will close the order book as the factory is ready to begin production.
These wagons were introduced in 1986 and are still in service. Over the years they’ve been used in block trains and marshalled into mixed Speedlink, Connectrail or Enterprise services carrying everything from beer and mineral water to bagged clay and electrical parts from Cornwall to the north of Scotland, and through the Channel Tunnel to continental Europe.
They’re also the perfect wagons to run behind Revolution’s upcoming Class 92 locomotives, which will also be going into production this summer.
Please note the photos show livery samples; on production models the wheels will be blackened as standard.
As ever we will only produce enough models to satisfy pre-orders so please do not miss out.
We anticipated delivery of these models to be around September/October.
